If you select a concrete slab, it must be poured prior to your building going into production. Additionally, local permitting is the responsibility of the purchaser unless you select Blackstill Buildings to handle the permitting process—though Blackstill can provide engineering diagrams for permitting upon request."

Site preparation is the responsibility of the property owner and must be completed before installation can be scheduled.
If your project includes a concrete slab, the slab must be completed before the building moves into production.
Local permitting is also the purchaser’s responsibility unless Blackstill Buildings has been specifically selected to assist with the permitting process.
Engineering diagrams can be provided for permitting when applicable.
